At Infamous Paintball, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
